FAQ

  • Do I need to see a Doctor?
Many factors can help establish whether you need a medical visit. If you are a patient here, you are welcome to call and ask for the advise of our nurses. We may suggest an Office Visit, but be prepared that if your case is life-threatening, we will tell you to go the nearest Emergency Room or to call 911.
  • Should I believe what I read on the Internet?
    Mostly, NO.
  • How can I tell if web medical advice is reasonable.
    Ask your Doctor or PA.
  • Should I come to my Appointment Early.
    Probably, yes.
  • Does any rule apply to ALL patients?
    No. Probably not...
  • Should I compare myself to my friends or my younger self?
    Probably not.
  • Will the PFM Web Editor continue to work on these questions?
Yes. Feel free to make suggestions when you visit. Thanks!
  • Should I carry a Medication List?
If you take even one prescription or supplement, please write it down or take a picture of the bottle, so that you can review your list with your provider.
